We had significant damage to our home caused by a leaking balcony and contacted Hugo’s to install a flexible clear membrane over the tiles. As it was in the middle of the rainy season, the project had to be postponed several times due to weather. However, Hugo did a wonderful job communicating every decision and keeping us informed.
